However, if I turn on the ribbon, close Block Editor with the ribbon "panel", then turn off the ribbon (without Block Editor running), the next time I run Block Editor, the "toolbar" (along with the editor window) appears. See: To Work with Docking, Floating, and Anchoring Windows or Palettes. The ribbon may have been undocked, anchored to the side of the drawing area, and set to autohide. Can you show us (with screenshots) what you are seeing when the thing you are calling a "toolbar" is on and when it is off?īy any chance, are you turning off the ribbon while you are in the Block Editor? If I do this, the "toolbar" does not appear (nor does the border of the Block Editor window). The ribbon or toolbar might be stuck at the edge of the screen, barely visible (see Palettes do not display in AutoCAD ). You can achieve this with the -TOOLBAR command and its option Show. (I can find no "toolbar" definition in the ACAD CUI the command "BCLOSE" doesn't occur in any toolbar in the CUI, only the ribbon there is a Refedit toolbar, but you say you are using Bedit.) The Block Editor commands are (somehow) built into the editor window. To my knowledge there is no such thing as the "Block Editor Toolbar". ![]() ![]() ![]() But the Block Editor Windows supposed to have the Block Editor Toolbar come on when the ribbon is off (Autocrat Help).
